With effect from September 2015
Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores announced that:1. S. R. Sridhar, Executive Director (Mines) has submitted his resignation from his position as Director of the Company w.e.f., 05 September 2015.
2. S. H. Mohan, Executive Director (Projects) has submitted resignation from his position as Director of the Company w.e.f., 07 September 2015 ; and
The Board of Directors of the Company has taken note of both the resignations at its meeting held on 11 July 2015 and advised them to continue till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 19 September 2015.
