Security & Intelligence Services India allots 1.83 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 183,060 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 05 January 2021 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,84,61,010/- divided into 14,76,92,202 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
