Shoppers Stop allots equity shares

Shoppers Stop announced that the Nomination and Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee of the Company has allotted 15,100 equity share of Rs. 5/- each, on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by an employees of the Company under ESOP 2008 Schemes on 29 January 2015.
