With effect from 01 July 2015
Shree Digvijay Cement Co. announced that as a part of succession planning of appointment to senior management, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13 May 2015 has appointed Suresh Meher as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 01 July 2015. S. N. Malpani, present Company secretary & Compliance officer, will relinquish his current position effective from said date though he will be superannuating from the services of the Company on 16 January 2016.Further, the Board also approved the appointment of Suresh Meher as the "Compliance Officer" of the Company with effect from 01 July 2015.
