Shrenuj & Company announces resignation of director

Shrenuj & Company announced that Nihar Nitin Parikh, Executive Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board with immediate effect as he has decided to settle in US for business development of the Company and hence has conveyed his inability to continue as the Executive Director of the Company.
