Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to hold board meeting

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2014, to consider, approve and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30 June 2014, to consider the changes in directorate of the company, and to consider the status of legal cases filed against the Company such as winding up petitions and case with Debt Recovery Tribunal.
