Shriram Transport Finance Company to sell shares of Shriram Automall India

Shriram Transport Finance Company announced that a share purchase agreement has been executed between Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC), Shriram Automall India (SAMIL) and MXC Solutions India (MXC) with regard to purchase of Equity shares of SAMIL by MXC from STFC. SAMIL is a wholly owned subsidiary of STFC.
