Socrus Bio Sciences to hold board meeting

Socrus Bio Sciences will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 September 2014, to consider the Scheme of Arrangement relating to Reduction of Capital under Section 100 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Section 66 of Companies Act, 2013) to the extent of 95% of its paid up capital.
