SpiceJet was up 1.65% at Rs 111.2 after the airliner signed a pact with Gulf Air to explore greater co-operation.
Low cost air carrier, SpiceJet announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to explore greater cooperation between the two airlines including an interline and codeshare agreement, coordinated cargo services, engineering services and pilot training.
On the BSE, 5.91 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 3.74 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
SpiceJet operates 630 average daily flights to 64 destinations, including 54 domestic and 10 international ones.
