Spine Traders to hold board meeting

Spine Traders will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 September 2015, to consider and approve the financial statement of the Company for the year ended on 31 March 2015, to appoint Abhimanyu Upadhyaya, a practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting e-voting and polling at Annual General Meeting.
