Board of Presha Metallurgical approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 28 August 2015

Presha Metallurgical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:

- To Appoint Dinaben Ganatra as additional Director (Women Director) of the Company and to accept resignation of Mahendra Dolatrai Ganatra from the board of Director of the Company.
