Sportking India appoints director

With effect from 30 September 2015

Sportking India announced that:

1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2015 has appointed Prashant Kochhar as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2015 to hold such office up to the date of forthcoming 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Ajay Chaudhry ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2015 due to efllux of time/tenure.
