Surya Funcity announces resignation of director

Surya Funcity announced that Naveen Soni, Independent Director, has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his Resignation i.e. with effect from 01 December 2015.The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 01 December 2015, has accepted his resignation.
