Syncom Formulations (India) announces change in company secretary

With effect from 01 January 2015

Syncom Formulations (India) has appointed Praniti Porwal as a Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 01 January 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, the existing Company Secretary Shikha Sethi, has resigned from the office of the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Person of the Company w.e.f. 31 December 2014.
