Taneja Aerospace & Aviation gets High Court approval for scheme of arrangement

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation announced that Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Madras has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between Taneja Aerospace and Aviation ('TAAL') and TAAL Enterprises ('TEL', a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), for demerger of the charter business and investments in First Airways Inc. and TAAL Tech India (subsidiaries of the Company) into TEL.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
