Tata Motors reports standalone net profit of Rs 1645.69 crore in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 105.38% to Rs 19826.57 crore

Net profit of Tata Motors reported to Rs 1645.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 4871.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 105.38% to Rs 19826.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 9653.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 2395.44 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 7289.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 7.07% to Rs 46559.39 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 43485.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
