Tata Power Company announces change in directorate

Effective 30 June 2014

Tata Power Company announced that S Padmanabhan, Executive Director of the Company will be taking over the role of Executive Chairman of Tata Quality Management Services, a division of Tata Sons, effective 01 July 2014. Consequently, he will have to step down as Director and Executive Director of the Company effective close of business hours on 30 June 2014.
