TD Power Systems appoints director

With effect from 20 May 2015

TD Power Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed K. G. Prabhakar as Director (Category - Non Independent /Executive) of the Company with effect from 20 May 2015.

Further, he has also been appointed as Non-executive Director of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, DF Power Systems at the meeting of the said Company's Board of Directors on 20 May 2015.
