The Byke Hospitality announced that pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 27 September 2014, the Bonus Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 11 October 2014, has considered and approved the allotment of 20048900 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
