TRC Financial Services announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 November 2018

The Board of TRC Financial Services approved the following in composition of the board of the company by way of circular resolution:

1) Chirag Ramniklal Meswani (DIN: 07987316) is hereby appointed as the Additional Non Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 November, 2018

2) Vijay Mario Sebastian Misquitta (DIN - 00993141), is hereby resigned as Director (including Managing Director) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 November, 2018
