TTK Prestige announces change in directorate

With effect from 31 March 2015

TTK Prestige announced that S. Ravichandran - Managing Director of the Company has retired from the office of Director & Managing Director with effect from the closing hours of 31 March 2015. Chandru Kalro has joined the Board as Director & Managing Director with effect from 01 April 2015.

Ajay I Thakore, an Independent Director has stepped down from the Board with effect from the closing hours of 31 March 2015.
