Board of Scrabble Entertainment approves acquisition of stake in associate company
UFO Moviez India announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Scrabble Entertainment at its board meeting held on 25 October 2018 has approved purchase of 3,95,428 equity shares of Scrabble Digital (SDL) an associate company of SEL, from the existing equity shareholders of SDL at a total consideration of Rs.24 crore.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
