UltraTech Cement allots 1,198 equity shares under ESOS
UltraTech Cement has allotted 1,198 equity
shares of t 10/- of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the
Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,46,51,706 equity shares off 10/- each aggregating to f 2,74,65,17,060/-.
