Unichem Laboratories declares dividend

Of Rs 4 per equity share

Unichem Laboratories has announced that a interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of Rs 2 each has been declared by the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on 18 January 2014.

Moreover, the company has allotted and issued 20,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 of the Company.
