Uniroyal Marine Exports announced that Sandeep Kumar Panakkat, Company Secretary and compliance Officer of the Company has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation letter.The Company has accepted his resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibility effective from 13 September 2017.
