Unishire Urban Infra announces change in company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 25 December 2015

Unishire Urban Infra announced that in the Board Meeting which was held on 09 January 2016 stated that Jayanta Gupta, Company Secretary/Compliance Officer of the Company Unishire Urban Infra has resigned from the position w.e.f. 25 December 2015 and Ishita Tamret, has been appointed as the Company Secretary/ Compliance Officer of the Company with the same effect.
