Unitech announces resignation of directors

Unitech announced that Minoti Bahri, a Non-executive Director of the Company has resigned with effect from 11 December, 2017. Dilip Kumar Malhotra, an Additional Non-executive Independent Director of the Company also resigned with effect from 13 December 2017.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
