Unjha Formulations announced that on the recommendation made by Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide Circular Resolution Dated 01 January 2016, the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated 08 January 2016 have approved the appointment of Jitendrakumar Parshottamdas Limbachiya as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
