UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 7200 equity shares under ESOS. Post the aforesaid allotments, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.1,26,79,53,350 (12,67,95,335 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each) to Rs.1,26,80,25,350 (12,68,02,535 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
