Vaibhav Global announced that Sonymike's Holdings, a Promoter Group Company and GDR Holder, has converted 3,95,000 (Three Lac Ninty Five Thousand) Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) into 39,50,000 (Thirty Nine Lac Fifty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company on 21 April 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
