Vaishno Cement Co announces change in directorate

With effect from 10 October 2014

Vaishno Cement Co announced that Vijay Jaideo Poddar and Girdhar Sitaram Bansal have been appointed as Directors (Non-Executive, Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.

Further, Rama Shankar Thakur has been resigned from Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 10 October 2014.
