Vardhman Polytex allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Vardhman Polytex announced that the Allotment Committee of Board of directors of the Company in its meeting held on 15 December 2014, has approved the allotment of 24,73,000 equity shares to the allottees belonging to the promoter/ promoter group, upon the conversion of warrants on preferential basis.
