Vijaya Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 24 January 2015

Vijaya Bank announced that the tenure of H. Harish Ballal, Officer Employee Director appointed vide Sub Sec.3(f) of Sec.9 of Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 read with sub Clause 1 & 2 of Clause 9 of the Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1980, has come to an end on 24 January 2015 on completion of three years.
