Vinaditya Trading Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 January 2015, to utilize funds of the Company by setting - up of new business Venture or by acquisition of any other entity (ies) or by way of merger with any other Company, for the purpose of growth of the Company, to appoint Merchant Banker for carrying out various requirement, to appoint Independent Chartered Accountant for the purpose of valuation of the Company.
