Visu International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 September 2014, to consider approval of Annual Account for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, to consider recommendation of appointment / re-appointment of directors and auditors, to fix the date of AGM and the corresponding book closure for the same.
