Volumes jump at HCG counter

Max India, NECC, Engineers India and eClerx Services are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 29 September 2017.
HealthCare Global Enterprises clocked volume of 5.05 lakh shares by 14:46 IST on BSE, a 254.73-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock advanced 2.3% at Rs 276.
Max India notched up volume of 10.54 lakh shares, a 105.88-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock was up 0.87% at Rs 139.10.
North Eastern Carrying Corporation (NECC) saw volume of 36.89 lakh shares, a 83.38-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 44,000 shares. The stock surged 6.33% at Rs 39.50.
Engineers India clocked volume of 31.52 lakh shares, a 27.74-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 1.14 lakh shares. The stock was up 0.54% at Rs 149.75.
eClerx Services saw volume of 50,000 shares, a 24.54-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 2,000 shares. The stock advanced 1.6% at Rs 1,231.
