Volumes jump at Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India counter

JB chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, Techno Electric & Engineering, Great Eastern Shipping Company and Indian Bank are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 17 October 2017.

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India clocked volume of 1.34 lakh shares by 12:40 IST on BSE, a 216.6-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 1,000 shares. The stock jumped 13.13% at Rs 2,310.

JB chemicals & Pharmaceuticals notched up volume of 3.83 lakh shares, a 86.12-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 4,000 shares. The stock fell 1.98% at Rs 276.55.

Techno Electric & Engineering saw volume of 3.82 lakh shares, a 53.94-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock declined 0.36% at Rs 349.

 

Great Eastern Shipping Company clocked volume of 2.37 lakh shares, a 36.15-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 7,000 shares. The stock dropped 0.64% at Rs 389.

Indian Bank saw volume of 6.25 lakh shares, a 13.65-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 46,000 shares. The stock rose 0.13% at Rs 271.40.
