UltraTech Cement clocked volume of 12.48 lakh shares by 12:56 IST on BSE, a 254.34-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 5,000 shares. The stock was flat at Rs 1,623. A large block deal of 11.86 lakh shares was executed on BSE at the onset of the trading session at Rs 1,630 per share.
Cummins India notched up volume of 11.63 lakh shares, a 43.90-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 27,000 shares. The stock fell 0.72% to Rs 371.25.
Cadila Healthcare saw volume of 1.56 lakh shares, a 17.36-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 9,000 shares. The stock fell 0.96% to Rs 652.05.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals clocked volume of 3.79 lakh shares, a 11.11-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 34,000 shares. The stock fell 0.35% to Rs 514.15.
Binny Mills saw volume of 2.50 lakh shares, a 6.78-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 37,000 shares. The stock fell 2% to Rs 801.90.
