Wockhardt reports standalone net profit of Rs 172.44 crore in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 68.97% to Rs 913.34 crore

Net profit of Wockhardt reported to Rs 172.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 5.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 68.97% to Rs 913.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 540.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 49.93% to Rs 68.66 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 137.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 7.82% to Rs 2477.29 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2297.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
