Zicom Electronic Security Systems announced that Kunjan Trivedi, Wholetime Director and Company Secretary of the Company, has ceased to be a Wholetime Director / Director of the Company effective from 25 March 2016 in accordance with the terms of her appointment as fixed by the Members of the Company at Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2015. However, she will continue as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate as a Woman Director in place of Kunjan Trivedi.
