With effect from 01 December 2017

Zicom Electronic Security Systems announced that Hemendra Paliwal resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company and will be relieved from the duties with effect from close of business hours on 30 November 2017. The Company has appointed Nitin Deshpande has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from the opening business hours on 01 December 2017.
