Agra Divisional Commissioner picks up broom

Agra Divisional Commissioner K. Ram Mohan Rao picked up a broomstick and cleaned up his office premises, to boost the cleanliness drive.

"When we take the lead and show with example, the people will follow us, there will be better awareness and the drive would become a movement," he told staff members.

Rao said there should be no littering around and every staffer should help maintain highest level of cleanliness.

It has been decided that every Monday and Friday from 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. all officials would join the cleanliness drive.
