Army Chief General Dalbir Singh on Friday reviewed the operational preparedness along the India-China border in Himachal Pradesh, an official statement said.
Singh reviewed the operational preparedness in Puh and Sumdo areas in Himachal Pradesh, which he visited on Friday.
The Army chief also interacted with troops on ground and expressed satisfaction at the high operational standards achieved.
He was accompanied by General Officer Commanding in chief of Western Command Lt Gen Surinder Singh during the visit.
