Bengaluru-bound Emirates flight diverted to Karachi for 'operational reasons'

A Bengaluru-bound Emirates flight from Dubai was diverted to Karachi for "operational reasons" on Thursday morning, the airline said.

"Flight EK 564 from Dubai to Bengaluru was diverted to Karachi for operational reasons," an executive of the Dubai-based airline told IANS here.

"The flight landed in Karachi at 7.15 a.m. and reached Bengaluru at 12.16 p.m.," added the executive.

He said the was the only information currently available.
