Cabinet approves Cadre Review of Indian Defence Accounts Service

The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved the Cadre Review of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS).

An official release said the decision provides for an increase of 23 posts at different levels.

"The Cadre Review of IDAS has come in the wake of the functional requirements, cadre structure and career progression of the officials belonging to the service," the release said.
