Court notice to Twitter over hate speech videos

A court here on Friday issued notice to on a contempt complaint seeking suspension of operation of the account of a woman called who is making hate speeches about gurus and religion.

Acting on a complaint application filed by Gurmeet Singh, issued the notice.

The court listed the matter for further hearing on March 9.

The court had in November last year restrained from uploading and publishing any videos containing hate speeches and derogatory remarks against any religion and in particular, against the community.
