An official statement said the car-free day will be observed from Munirka T-point to Hyatt Hotel T-point on Vivekanand Marg for eight hours from 8 a.m to 4 p.m.

The event will begin with a cycle rally led by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from Munirka Bus Stand at 8 a.m.
