Four injured in Srinagar grenade blast

Four civilians, including a baby, were injured in a grenade explosion at city centre Lal Chowk here Saturday, police said.

"Four civilians, including a baby, were injured when militants hurled a powerful hand grenade at a security force picket in Lal Chowk today (Saturday) afternoon," a senior police officer told IANS.

The injured have been shifted to hospital. Senior police and paramilitary officers have reached the spot.
