Bengaluru
Foreign exchange dealers' online aggregator Fxkart.com on Monday unveiled a mobile application to buy/sell foreign currency and collected or delivered it at doorstep.
"The app will enable consumers to buy/sell foreign currency online through our dedicated portal," the UAE-based free zone company said in a statement here.
The app can be downloaded from iOS (Apple's operating system) and Google's Play Store.
The company, which has its research and development centre in Bengaluru, caters to users at 650 locations across the country, helping users to easily locate the nearest and cheapest forex dealer for their forex needs.
It also brings convenience to a tourist or traveller to book forex with just the click of a button.
"The app is geo-located, where users can enter the city or the locality from where they want to collect the foreign exchange, and automatically the screen would display the RBI licensed money changers in and around the locality along with the best rate," said CEO Abdul Hadi Shaikh in a statement.
