Kat Graham to sell Hollywood Hills villa for $1.3 mn

Singer-actress Kat Graham is bidding adieu to her gated retreat in the Hollywood Hills here. The 27-year-old has put her Cahuenga Canyon compound is on sale for $1.3 million, reports pagesix.com.

Graham purchased the home in 2012 for $849,000.

It has only two bedrooms and two baths, but the house measures 2,174 sq ft and includes a meditation room, den and recording studio. There's also a tranquil stone courtyard with a fountain and bench.

The Spanish-style home was built in 1927 and has since been remodeled, with the original architecture intact. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, along with vintage Spanish tile work. It also includes a fireplace in the living room and vaulted ceilings with heavy wooden beams in many rooms.
